We're looking for a Project Management Intern to join our Brussels team and support the delivery of top-quality renovation projects that embody the unique Cohabs spirit: sustainable, community-driven, and designed with care.

You'll be right at the heart of our operations, making sure every project turns from blueprint to masterpiece:

• Project Pilot: Support the renovation projects in Brussels from pricing to delivery, ensuring everything runs on time, within budget, and up to Cohabs' high standards.

• Coordination Maestro: Work hand-in-hand with our designers, engineers, architects, and product teams to define project specs and keep everything flowing smoothly.

• Supplier & Contractor Whisperer: Manage and communicate with suppliers and contractors to make sure everyone's aligned and the execution is flawless.

• All-in-One Project Tracker: Be involved at every stage, from acquisition (site setup and design support) to construction (coordination, quality control, site visits, reporting) and delivery (final setups, installations, and technical checks).

• Negotiation Ninja: Help negotiate contracts and secure the best terms with suppliers and contractors.

• Relationship Builder: Cultivate long-term relationships with suppliers and partners to keep projects efficient, sustainable, and top-quality.

• Process Improver: Always look for smarter, faster, and more creative ways to deliver exceptional results.
